In thinking back over the years, The Bearded One and I must have taken our family on a tour of the very first Gingerbread Village display. We have done the downtown tour over many subsequent years and never once have we been disappointed with the mastery shown by the fine chefs at the Sheraton. No matter what the theme or how complex the architects’ design, the results have always been fun and breath taking.

The Gingerbread Village theme this Year is “Holiday Express”. Each year local architecture firms collaborate with the Sheraton Seattle culinary team to custom design, bake and build the awe-inspiring gingerbread displays. Do not forget to vote for your favorite!!
