Blue Moon Tavern In Seattle—Americana Music

Belva and the Bearded One

Another Cheap Date Night—Most Enjoyable
Every Sunday from 7pm to 11pm at the Blue Moon Tavern in the University District Acoustic Americana Music fills the air. Acoustic Americana Music is said to be; folk, country, and blues with a touch of blue grass and all very easy listing.
Co-host Joe Calhoun, a member of the Lost River String Band, is always on hand to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. The famous, infamous and historic Blue Moon Tavern has been one of our areas spots for musicians who want to come out of their closet, bedroom or garage and show off their talent before a live audience. Joe auditions solo and groups for their ‘scheduled appearances’ on Sunday evenings. Established performers are also regularly featured.
Musicians and artists of all kinds are dedicated, driven, and passionate about the development and pursuit of their craft. This is where Joe Calhoun comes in, he is ever ready to lend a helping hand to developing acoustic artists or group. If you are looking for some stage time or a group to jam with, Joe is the man to contact. Give him a call to schedule your audition, and perhaps learn of a group that is looking for someone with your talent to join them.
