Now Edmonds is just a short drive from where I live and I figured, what the heck have I got to lose but an hour or so of my time. So, I had Belva drive me down to Edmonds and I gimped up the stairs to Ted’s office.

Ted explained that this “device” uses pulsed electro magnetic fields (PEMF) which research has shown enhances and accelerates the body’s capacity to heal. I was a little skeptical, but I was in pain and I was there, so I crawled on to this table that looked a lot like a massage table. Ted hooked me up and thirty minutes later I was feeling much better. Belva, who has been having back pains and trouble getting a good night’s sleep, decided to take a thirty minute turn on the table, too.

We both decided we’d be back the next day for another go on the table and left feeling better, much better, than we had when we walked in. But I was dreading those steps that were still between me and our car. Turns out they weren’t a problem. Now if only this would last.

The next morning, Belva told me she enjoyed the best night’s sleep she’d had in weeks. I had to agree with her, I felt a lot better too.

Visit 2 to the Edmonds Wellness Center turned out to be as fruitful as the first, and I am walking better, now—and with only two treatments. My Doctor had told me that I should expect a six to twelve visit stint with the Physical Therapist. I figure three maybe four more 30 minute stints on Ted’s table should have me running laps. Well, maybe that’s a little strong, but the steps should no longer pose a problem. All I really know is I feel really good after a treatment on that table. Belva’s sold on it too, so, there’s got to be something to it.
