SHALLOTS ASIAN BISTRO...

...located in Seattle’s Belltown, is a cozy neighborhood restaurant with a full bar. Generous portions of pan-Asian cuisine paired with a complimenting bottle of wine, makes for a meal to remember.

The Bearded One and I had the “Shallots 9 Flavor” (lemon grass, shallots, garlic, basil, chili, peanuts, hoisen, coconut milk & lime) with chicken—beef is available and “Thai Curry Vegetarian” (golden tofu, Thai basil, bamboo shoots tomato & coconut curry). We had black jasmine tea instead of wine as we had to work after lunch. Did I mention very generous portions? We took home a serving from each entrée and the price was most reasonable. We definitely will be back soon to try other menu items.

Happy Hour offers ½ priced bottles of wine; which allows you to get acquainted with some of the many different wines available from Shallots’ extensive wine cellar.

Shallots has a banquet room for those special occasions and owners Jonica and chef Kenny will work with you to create a menu that will fit your budget and theme.
