DATE NIGHT

The Bearded One and I had a great "date night" last evening at CASPER'S in Shoreline. CASPER'S had a first-rate musical duo who entertained diners with a "fusion" of easy listening, toe- tapping music.

After a long and tedious week, it was wonderful to feel the tension just melt away as Jonathan Rooke and Ben Livneh of FLIP & FLY worked their musical magic. As you all know, your dinner digests better when you are relaxed. The food and music was a welcome setting for families with younger children. Even better last night was an all you could eat catfish night.

I, for one, hope that CASPER has the FLIP & FLY duo back real soon.
