BOWLING BOWLING

NEIGHBORHOOD BOWLING!!! Some of my best holiday memories, as a child, are my parents taking my brother and me bowling. Since we lived on a farm, my parents were always busy during most of the year, so the only togetherness we had was doing farm kinds of things together. However, things were different come winter time, sooo as part of our holiday activities, they would take us bowling. Some times we could even get them to bowl a few lines and I can assure you, my brother and I had lots of laughs watching our parent throw a few gutter balls.

Bowling is great family activity. As a parent, I have taken the kids and some of their friends bowling, especially during the holiday season. In fact, I found bowling tickets to be great Christmas stocking stuffers.
