You’ll find large displays of various Coast Guard memorabilia, nautical items and over 15,000 photographs from as early as the 1800's on display here. And the red-hulled icebreakers POLAR STAR, POLAR SEA and HEALY are homeported here, as well as the 378' high-endurance patrol cutters MELLON and MIDGETT. They may be available to visitors.
