This is the city's largest and only off-leash area with beach access. A run… and a swim! Does it get any better than this? The park includes a shelter with running water so you can rinse the seaweed off your pup when he is through for the day.

This park also has a small/shy dog mini-park so your tiny pup can run around with guys/gals his/her own size.
