Come to Fremont to celebrate the Summer Solstice. In its 37th year, the Fremont Fair is a great place for everyone to come and enjoy themselves. In 2008 there were 41 bands performing on three stages during this two day blow out. There are also other great events and attractions for the fair-goer to see, Seattle Art Car Blowout! The third largest car show in the country, a truly great craft show/rummage sale, acrobats, clowns, fun stuff for the kids, and of course the Summer Solstice Parade. Solid Ground is the beneficiary of all revenue generated by the fair. Solid Ground’s 30 programs have helped hundreds of thousands of people break the cycle of poverty.
